I’m a western medicine trained gal with a holistic heart. As a Physician Assistant, I thrive on connecting with and helping patients, but have become more fulfilled over the last year educating others on how to take charge of their health and wellness with plant matter instead of more traditional means. I started on this journey to support my family, and can’t help but sing Young Living’s praises to all!

A day in the life of this oiler

I am never without citrus vitality oil in my water, and I ingest multiple oil infused supplements daily to keep me at my healthiest. Diffusing oils and the Thieves household cleaning products make me feel like I am protecting my family and being a successful non-toxic gatekeeper of my home.
